    Opinion piece on the impact of the Supreme Court’s ruling in the Aadhaar case on private companies. I argue that the government needs to pass a new law to enable the voluntary use of Aadhaar in the private sector. It is important that we allow individuals to make decisions about their information, an essential aspect of the fundamental right to privacy.
