Job Description for Mid Level and Junior Transaction & Corporate

    By Ikigai Law | Uncategorized | 0 comment | 18 October, 2019 | 1

Ikigai Law is looking to add mid-level and junior level Associates who are experienced in private equity and venture capital transactions.

    About the Firm:

We have an award-winning practice which is hinged on working closely with our clients to not just provide legal solutions but also regularly go beyond and become business partners. We work on deals and products from inception of the start-up ideas, building the business model to partnering with the clients in mature stage investment rounds. Our clients range from early stage start-ups to marquee investors looking to invest in growth capital.

Our work is at the intersection of law, policy, technology and business, engaging with crucial issues such as data protection and privacy, fin-tech, online content regulation, platform governance, digital competition, cloud computing, net neutrality, health-tech, blockchain and unmanned aviation (drones), among others. The team at Ikigai Law takes pride in its representation of clients doing cutting-edge and high-impact work in industries ranging from blockchain to aerospace, fintech to healthtech, esports to film production, and e-commerce to coworking.

We also believe in empowering each other and continuously look for ways to enhance the legal profession by chartering new territories to engage ourselves and our peers through better models of working. It did not come as a surprise when the firm won the Employer of Choice: Asia’s Best Law Firms to Work For in 2019, in recognition of our efforts to build a better, more human practice. In fact, we strongly believe, that happiness at a workplace, and growth and meaning for each individual lawyer is directly proportional to the value and strategic initiative we add to the practice. We have therefore rolled out a whole lot of initiatives this year to engineer a better, more satisfying experience at work and to drive more excellence in our commitment to our clients.
